This whole adventure started 1000 years ago, seriously!
The first souvlaki appeared in ancient Greece as far back as the 10th Century. Greece has always been known for its history, mythology and legendary heroes and the souvlaki is no different. These days, what you’d probably know as a souvlaki is some mess you vaguely remember consuming in the wee hours of the morning. It’s ok, we’ve been there too. So we came to thinking… the time has come for a SOUV REVOLUTION!
We always believed that the humble souvlaki had greater potential and to be a healthy hero you could enjoy all day, every day. We began experimenting, and by Zeus… we had it: a dazzling collection of New Age Super Souvs! More than just your Traditional Souv, we’ve combined all the fillings you’d expect to find in a gourmet burger rolled up with healthy, warm pita bread and succulent lean Aussie meats. Combined with a spread of Greek inspired Salads, Snacks & Open Souv Plates (not for smashing), it brings us great happiness to see the Souv reach it’s full potential. Now you get to enjoy all our hard work.
